Spa Summary:

Great Jones Spa embodies the meaning of the Italian phrase “sanitas per Aquinas,” translated as “health through water.” The spa’s serene atmosphere and luxe amenities are quite unique for a city-based spa, specifically their three-story waterfall, steam room, sauna, therapeutic hot and cold thermal baths and an overall concentration on water cures. The spa combines holistic treatments while also offering more traditional therapies.

Book their VIP/Duets room for a private spa treat. The room includes a private entrance, two massage beds, an oversized Jacuzzi, a private steam shower and restroom.

For those of you in need of some internal cleansing the spa offers colonic irrigation, liver detox and intestinal cleanse.

Plus, all water amenities are available to spa patrons two-hours prior to and one-hour post scheduled treatments.

Highlights: Aromatic Hot Towel Infusion Massage, think deep massage with the added benefit of steamy towels and essential oils to ease away pain and induce ultimate relaxation; Red Flower Sento Treatment, based on a Japanese bathing ritual a five-step treatment involving cleansing, scrubbing, polishing, hydrating and a massage. Red Algae Hydrotherapy and Underwater Massage, incorporates the benefits of thalassotherapy (sea water therapy) and the indulgence of a massage submerged in mineral-infused water.

Price Range: 1 hr. Swedish Massage $130, 1 hr. Facial $130; 90 minutes Red Flower Sento Treatment $230.
