2 8-oz cans of potatoes, drained and rinsed (or boil your own)
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
0.33 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2.5 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
