Fall Harvest Spaghetti Squash "Pasta"
The cooler autumn weather treats us to squash, gourds, hoarding tendencies, and brisk mornings. Take advantage of the seasonal harvest with this twist on spaghetti and sauce.

Stuffed Eggplant
Eggplants are notoriously difficult vegetables. Stuffing and baking them gets rid of much of the textural challenges and allows you to add a lot of flavor.

Cyber Chilli

Butternut Squash Soup
There is nothing better than a warm, filling soup to help you make it through the winter. Butternut Squash, one of the heartier winter squashes, is sweet and full of fiber and beta-carotene.

Herbed Potato Salad
Potato salads do not need dairy to be creamy. By dressing this salad in fresh herbs, lemon and oil, we are able to enjoy the buttery quality of yellow potatoes while adding lots of exciting flavor.

Fresh Tomato and Goat Cheese Salad
Salads should exult the essence of high quality ingredients. Balance the pungent creaminess of fresh herbed-goat cheese with the joyfully tart and juicy sweet explosion of ripe tomatoes.
